Package 1: Monthly Accounting Services

  • Complete maintenance of QuickBooks (or other accounting software). Includes the inputting of revenues, expenses, deposits and checks. Includes bank statement and loan balance reconciliation and any adjusting entries, depreciation entries, owner capital account adjustments.
  • Preparation of monthly trial balance and/or quarterly, semi-annual or annual accountant's compilation report and issuance of financial statements. Provides standard accountant's report that many financial institutions require when qualifying a business for a loan.
  • Quarterly tax planning performed at the business level and also at the owner level to determine the amount of estimated income taxes to be paid by the owners. Preparation of quarterly estimated tax forms as appropriate.
  • General Business Consulting/Review is normally included with any level of service provided from annual tax return preparation to full monthly accounting. Additional charges apply based on the specific nature of the task at hand.
  • Optional: Preparation of business accounts payables and accounts receivable. Monitoring of accounts receivable.
  • Optional: Processing of payroll checks and other payables, preparation of quarterly payroll reporting.
  • Optional: Year-End Processing – included preparation of W-2, W-3, 1099-MISC, 1096, A1R, and 940 forms.

Package 2: Quarterly Financial Statement Analysis

  • Review of financial statements on a quarterly basis and personal meeting to discuss the results and any necessary adjustments. Helps ensure the accuracy of the financial information of the business and allows for proactive tax and business planning. Includes preparation of any adjusting entries, depreciation entries, owner capital account adjustments, review of bank reconciliation, review of loan balances, general QuickBooks clean up.
